The Vicky Cristina Barcelona crew (and Soon-Yi Previn) relaxed at the movie’s premiere after-party at Los Angeles’ W Hotel last night.  Allen’s latest film, set in Spain revolves around an odd love triangle hinged on Javier Bardem’s character.  Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz are the objects of his obsession, and eventually all the pieces fall into place as they find a happy medium in bed (which will undoubtedly satisfy fans of both actresses).  Opens August 15th!

Penelope Cruz attended the press conference for her new Mango Collection at the Atzaro Hotel in Ibiza, Spain. The celebrity designer was on hand to unveil a 25-piece collection of clothing and accessories for the High Street retailer. Penelope will co-design the capsule collection with her 25-year-old sister, Monica, who is also an actress. The line will take inspiration from the stylish sister’s red carpet style and eclectic wardrobe. Would you buy a Cruz sister’s creation?

Penelope Cruz came out to support lil’ sis, Monica Cruz, who after dancing seven years with Joaquin Cortes is making transition to acting in The Inquiry playing a beautiful, young Israeli woman who awakens to find her mother being stoned by a group of people for cheating on her father with a Roman soldier. One would think between the two beauties, there would be some sibling rivalry (the Cruz sisters are only a year apart) but none of it was seen on this red carpet last night.
