Katherine Heigl promoted Ann Fletcher’s new Film, 27 Dresses in Paris on Monday looking utterly timeless, pairing a simple black dress with pearls. The photo on the right is from 1965, four years after Holly-Go-Lightly graced the silver screen with the same iconic, albeit glamorized look in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Lauren Bacall chose this pairing for an aesthetic that looks as fresh in 1945 as it does today.
