One of her few public outings since undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure for a “deviated septum,” Ashley Tisdale put her new nose on display for photographers at Los Angeles premiere of Cloverfield. Tisdale has claimed that she reluctantly went under the knife to correct her twice fractured nasal bones (once from a car accident and once from getting hit in the face while dancing). Tisdale has come under criticism from both fans and Newsweek who called her deviated septum “the standard factual deviation for Hollywood actresses who don’t want to admit they had a nose job.” Do you think Ashley’s surgery was for legitimate health reasons or vanity?
