Signed to Next Models, Cody has already scored a Polo Jeans by Ralph Lauren campaign and last evening on the arm of her father she wore her employer, Ralph Lauren with élan to The 2007 National Board of Review Awards Gala. Modeling a monochromatic look, Horn wore a Collection halter sweater dress paired with understated diamond earrings and sleek clutch. Kudos, Cody, Kudos.
