While the world was holding their breath for a Naomi Campbell-on- her- way- to- community-service fashion show, Paris Hilton arrived for one last photo-op in ladylike style before turning herself into Century Regional Detention Facility for her court-ordered jail time later that evening. Self-reflecting during the 2007 MTV Movie Awards pre-show in Universal City, California; Hilton waxed poetic on her recent troubled times, coming off a bit more grounded in reality with her look and attitude.
